Endeavour Sports High School is a designated Sports High School. It is a comprehensive co-educational high school which provides a caring, disciplined well-resourced environment where all students can achieve their potential through quality teaching and learning. The school is dedicated to excellence in scholarship, citizenship, sport and the arts.

The NSW DEC State School Plan reflects the cohesive, interdependent and tri-level approach embedded within NSW public education, and demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning and focus on raising the achievement bar and closing the performance gap for students in our schools. The Plan provides regions and schools with clear direction for the highest possible standards for teaching and learning for every child, including but not disabilities, students from non English speaking backgrounds, and students from different socio-economic backgrounds. All students are expected to:
attend school every day, unless they are legally excused
be in class on time and prepared to learn
maintain a neat appearance and follow the school uniform policy
behave safely, considerately and responsibly including when travelling to and from school
follow class rules, speak courteously and cooperate with instructions and learning activities
treat staff, other students and members of the school community with dignity and respect
care for property belonging to themselves, the school and others.
Any behaviour that infringes on other people's safety such as harassment, bullying or any illegal behaviour will not be tolerated at our school.
