　　EachPortfolioTeamismadeupofLeadingTeachersfromacrossthethreecampuses.In2011,theCollegehas16LeadingTeacherswhohaveabroadleadershipandschoolimprovementroleaswellasparticularleadershipportfolios.PrincipalsandLeadingTeachersalsomeetandworkasCollegeandCampusLeadershipTeams,withafocusonstrategicplanning,buildingqualitycurriculumandpedagogyandprofessionallearning.

　　ThethreecampuseshaveaStudentManagementTeam.Thetwo7-10CampusesStudentManagersareledbytheCampusCoordinatorwithaStaffmemberwholooksafterstudentsonaYearLevelbasis:Year7,8,9and10.TheSeniorCampushasStudentManagerswhocoordinatestudentsonaProgrambasis-allstudentsaredividedintogroupsaccordingtotheircurriculumchoices:Business,Humanities,Science,VCALTechnology,PerformingArtsandVisualArts.TheSeniorCampusStudentManagersarecoordinatedbytheStudents’ProgramLeader.
